DESCRIPTION

Servo RP 200 is a non-solvent type light bodied mineral oil, inhibited with special additives to ensure excellent protection against rusting. This oil is a high viscosity, barium free rust preventive oil with good lubricating properties for drawing operation. It is specially developed for protection for steel components. The oil film from steel components can be removed easily by treatment with petroleum solvents, alkaline cleaning or vapour degreasing agents

APPLICATION

Servo RP 200 can be applied at room temperature by dipping, spray or roller coating method. It is used as rust preventive for protection of steel components during storage and transportation in industry. It can be applied for long-term protection during storage, in between operation and for rust protection of components before wrapping.
Servo RP 200 provides slightly thicker oily film ensuring excellent protection during material transfer and adequate lubrication during drawing operations.
