Product Description:
Balmerol Rustskip 220 DWF is a solvent based rust preventive oil, which leaves a soft, protective lubricating film on evaporation of the solvent. It has excellent water displacing and rust protecting properties in saline atmosphere. Balmerol Rustskip 220 DWF can be directly applied to water wet metal surfaces, where it displaces water and forms a protective greasy film after evaporation of solvent. The protective film provides excellent long term indoor and medium term outdoor protection against corrosion in high humid and saline atmosphere during storage or transportation of components.

- Balmerol Rustskip 220 DWF is suitable for temporary corrosion protection of precision automotive parts such as piston rings, pistons, small gears, nut & bolts, engine parts, locks etc.
- It can be applied by felt rolling, dipping, spraying or brushing. Best result can be obtained by dipping method.
- A suitable cleaning petroleum solvent or aqueous alkaline cleaners can be used to remove the protective greasy film.
